The Physical Training for the Middle-and-Mature-Aged having Effect on the Cardiopulmonary Function

Abstract
In the treatise physical training of Korean middle-and mature-aged with any data that we have not yet gained, but the data of Korean aldolescence training group have been gained easily.
Therefore, author attempted to the clearing training data, because referenced that the maintaining usually good health condition and for prevention of accidental cardiopulmonary failure by the serious exercise in the middle-and mature-aged group.
In this studies, measuring a number of heart beats, variable blood pressure, frequency of breathing and tidal volume through the cardiopulmonary function test. In the trained persons with a long term and limited physical work load, as a object of study on the male of the middle-and mature-aged applicable to the fourties and fifties were divided two groups to the long term and the limited physical work load.
These trained data were as follows:
(1) Heart Beats and Blood Pressure
At the time when they put in a rest form a training group, as for the number of heart beats, its number is an average 69.1 per minute and it shows the lower value by 8% as compared with of 74.7 per minuts for normal control group, and the blood pressure was not significantly variable.
(2) Flequency of Breathing and Tidal Volume
As for the flequency of respiration, when the rest is put in form a training group, its flequency shows an average 14.0 per minute, but the value is lowered by about 11 % than that of 16. 1 per minuts of normal control group on the contray, in comparision with that of 494.9ml for normal persons when they put in a rest, the tidal volume for a time shows the value of 594.6ml more by about 20% when in a training group.
